Don McClung I started my Real Estate career in 1973 here in Carroll County, Arkansas. I have been the principal broker in our Berryville office since opening it in 1975.
I have also held a Missouri brokers license since 1976. Our company has listed and sold property in Arkansas and Missouri since 1973.
I have 4 children and two of them are in the Real Estate profession.
McClung Realty, Inc. has been a family business for all these years. For 31 years our company has been a full service business. Selling homes, commercial, land, and farms. We have developed many subdivisions in Carroll County.
I have also been in the cattle business for 31 years and continue to run cattle on my farms. I have operated a broiler operation on one farm for 15 years, growing chickens for Tyson Foods.
I did take a leave of absence in January of 2003. I was called to active duty again in the Army. I just returned from a deployment to Afghanistan, with 20th Special Forces Group. Terry McClung I joined my Dad and 2 Brothers in 1976 as a Broker, I have maintained an office in Eureka Springs since 1979. I served 20 years as a volunteer fireman for the Western District of Carroll County, and because of this I know my county well. I also currently serve on the Planning Commission of Eureka Springs bringing my knowledge and expertise learned in the Real Estate world to that table. I have been President of our local Board of Realtors 2 years in the past. I have 2 sons that are in school in Eureka Springs. Joe McClung I started in the Real Estate business in 1973 as Real Estate Broker. I worked in my office at 45 Spring Street in Eureka Springs for 27 years. I am now located at 176 East Van Buren (Hwy. 62) with my brother Terry. I have been involved in major real estate developments along Beaver Lake, Lake Lucerne, Table Rock Lake, and many sites around Carroll County and in Barry County, Missouri. My main interest in real estate sales is Commercial property. I have also been involved in the retail and Motel business in Eureka Springs. James Evans I was born in Oklahoma in 1957. I have been around Eureka Springs for a long time, since my father’s family has resided in Clifty, AR ( 12 miles South of Eureka Springs) since the late 1800’s.
I graduated from High School and College in Tulsa, OK, but consider myself to be a true native of Eureka Springs since my family and I have lived in Eureka Springs since 1980. My wife Paula (of 30 years) and I with our two children owned and operated the Travelers Inn, a 60-unit motel for 24 years until we sold it in 2005. After my experience in this area and in Eureka Springs and it’s residents, I consider myself a realtor with the knowledge to help you find what you need in commercial property, a personal residents or the acreage of your choice. Chris Parrett I was born in Kansas City, MO 1971. I’’ve lived most of my life in Arkansas. Been living in Eureka Springs since 2000. I’m now going on my third year as a Real Estate Professional, and have extensive prior knowledge of the industry as my parents are retired from it. Other trades include PADI Open Water SCUBA Instructor, Business Management, and Computer Technician. I’’m currently engaged in management duties for the McClungs, and I am in the process of becoming an Associate Broker at the Eureka Springs office. Since I was very young I’ve always been fascinated by technology, and in 1999 I went pro by registering my own computer company called High-End Systems which I still own and operate part-time today. In the past my specialties were in Residential and Commercial, but now includes Land/Acreage. Daun Petter I have lived in Eureka Springs every since I was in High School. My family moved here from Branson and we were originally transplants from Nebraska. I have been in the service industry all of my life, food and beverage as well as lodging. I believe that being a Real Estate Agent is another extension of my service abilities.
